voco Times Square South New York by IHG

I recently stayed at Voco Times Square South for two nights, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The rooms were impressively spacious for New York yet still felt cozy and inviting, with modern décor and thoughtful amenities that made the stay exceptionally comfortable. The location couldn’t be better—just steps away from Times Square, Broadway theaters, and Central Park—perfect for exploring the city’s top attractions. The staff was friendly special thanks for Marina and Ivette at the front desk very attentive, and made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. Small touches, like the welcome house drink called Flamingo , added a personal and charming vibe to the experience. Overall Voco Times Square exceeded my expectations, and I would gladly stay here again for another NYC trip.

We had an absolutely wonderful time at this hotel! I fact, we enjoyed our stay so much we decided to stay an extra night. The staff was exceptional - from front desk, to bar staff, to housekeeping - every person we encountered went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. The location is perfect for walking to everything but not being in the crush of times square. Excellent sushi and pizza, 2 seconds around the corner (Star Sushi and Vito's). The in-house bar is great, with really comfortable couches are areas for lounging and relaxing. We enjoyed charcuterie and drinks before going out (they have a full menu + breakfast). Beds are comfortable, rooms very clean, toiletries all provided if you need them. We were on the 23rd floor and had a nice city view. Excellent hotel for the price. I've stayed all over NY (and most other places) and anyone who complains about this hotel probably complains about everything. We had 3 adults and a toddler and the staff was wonderfully accommodating in every way. We'll definitely return.

I had a great stay at here at voco and genuinely appreciated the level of service throughout my visit, especially Salley at the front desk who was professional, warm, and very helpful whenever I needed assistance. And Anatalia from housekeeping who did an excellent job keeping the room clean and comfortable every day. The hotel itself felt clean and cozy, which made it easy to relax after a long day in the city, and the location is extremely convenient since it is close to Times Square, Koreatown, and Hudson Yards, so getting around Manhattan was effortless. Overall, I truly enjoyed my stay and would happily return again on my next trip to New York.

Javier & Elena were PHENOMENAL!!! I had breakfast and their service was lovely! Felt like home Jay was also very kind and helpful at the bar. Marina was the manager and properly rectified an issue I had; great customer service. 6 ish minute walk from Penn Station. Rooms are clean.

We really liked it here. We travelled with 5 kids and we all had a great time. Brilliant location, rooms larger than the average tiny NYC hotel room, friendly staff and as we were high floor we didn’t ever have any issues with the lifts. The kids loved the popcorn and hot chocolate station in the lobby that they were able to help themselves too in the afternoon and evenings. WiFi was great and the free welcome cocktail was well received.

Voco Times Square South, NY was a good hotel with good service. They gave us free drink vouchers when we arrived. The rooms are small of course because it’s New York City so I don’t understand why people complain about room size in New York City. it is what it is. The drinks were actually really good when we used the vouchers. The room was clean and nice and came with two complementary water bottles. Less than 10 minutes walk to Penn Station. The location was perfect right around the corner from Times Square in Manhattan and I would definitely stay there again.

Amazing location and staff. Walkable to so much. We loved the welcome drink and luggage storage. I would say we’d definitely return and we actually DID when our flight got canceled. There was no question where to stay when we had to spend another night in the city.

We might have felt a little bit tight...but, hey! It's NYC! Experiences like this are deserve to be lived. As we stayed pleasantly and properly served, my family and I would repeat with them. Mostly, because they showed good care of any issues we expressed and instantly took the necessary steps to solve it... equals= satisfaction! Good job, guys!
